Milica Yaksich is an iconographer living and working in Canada with the blessing of the Serbian Orthodox church.  After working for several decades as a contemporary visual artist she felt called to write Holy Icons.  This was reinforced when she was asked by her priest to do some restoration work in the church and directed to reading materials that prepared her for this work both spiritually and technically.
